South Holland Bakery, founded in 1972, is a full service bakery supply company based in Crete, Illinois, about 40 minutes south of downtown Chicago. We are proud to offer over 4,500 unique bakery products to our customer base, which includes wholesale bakeries, grocery stores, retail bakeries and restaurants. We service Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and the Wisconsin region.

After working for Lawrence Food and J.W. Allen for over a decade, Lewis Bruinsma decided to risk it all in May of 1972 and began South Holland Bakery Supply

Continued growth calls for continued expansion. After quickly outgrowing the original 2,000 sq. ft. facility in South Holland, IL, South Holland Bakery Supply relocated their headquarters to Blue Island, IL only to move again into a larger facility in Lynwood just a few years later.

With strong forward momentum and a backing of loyal customers who rely on South Holland Bakery Supply for their superior customer service and affordable prices, the business was relocated once more to Crete, IL where it continues to grow and look ahead to the future.
